Grain dryers use hot air as the drying medium and employ a controlled circulation drying process, ensuring even and thorough heating and moisture removal, resulting in high-quality dried grains. These grain dryers can be fueled by natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, fuel oil, biomass oil, methanol, and other fuels. After combustion and heat exchange, clean hot air is generated without any contamination of the grains being dried. In addition, this grain dryer is equipped with automatic online temperature and humidity sensors, significantly enhancing its level of automation and ensuring superior quality of the grains after drying.

Grain Handling System Upgrade The traditional screw conveyor grain-handling system has been upgraded to a conveyor and bucket elevator, reducing the grain breakage rate. Grain-Dispensing Device Design Four-axis grain distributor, ensuring uniform circulation of grain within the drying chamber. Inclined bucket elevator with internal folding mechanism Hydraulic actuation enables the folding mechanism inside the bucket elevator, resulting in enhanced maneuverability after folding, convenient operation, and improved capability for emergency relocation and drying operations. Drying chamber lifting function The hand-crank mechanism enables the hopper to move freely up and down, and the drying chamber has a minimum height of 3.1 meters, enhancing the machine’s maneuverability and ease of relocation. Drying chamber main frame material Non-standard, self-produced W-shaped material enhances the stability and overall lifespan of the machine. Stainless steel storage mesh The stainless steel mesh in the drying chamber is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.15 mm, a hole spacing of 2 mm, and a hole diameter of 2 mm. This mesh boasts enhanced oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, making it less prone to rusting and significantly extending the machine’s service life. The entire machine uses a powder-coating process. The entire machine is coated using a powder-coating process, ensuring that even after prolonged outdoor storage, it will not experience discoloration or paint chipping, thereby extending the machine’s service life.
