Grain dryers use hot air as the drying medium and employ a controlled circulation drying process, ensuring even and thorough heating and moisture removal, resulting in high-quality dried grains. These grain dryers can be fueled by natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, fuel oil, biomass oil, methanol, and other fuels. After combustion and heat exchange, clean hot air is generated without any contamination of the grains being dried. This grain dryer is also equipped with automatic online temperature and humidity sensors, significantly enhancing its level of automation and ensuring superior quality of the grains after drying.

Grain-Dispensing Device Design Four-axis grain distributor ensures even circulation of grain within the drying chamber. Inclined bucket elevator with internal folding mechanism Hydraulic actuation enables the folding mechanism inside the bucket elevator. Once folded, it offers enhanced maneuverability and ease of operation, thereby improving the ability to quickly switch between drying operations in emergency situations. Stainless steel storage mesh The stainless steel mesh for the drying chamber is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.15 mm, a hole spacing of 2 mm, and a hole diameter of 2 mm. This mesh boasts enhanced oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, making it less prone to rusting and significantly extending the machine’s service life. The entire machine uses a powder-coating process. The entire machine is coated using a powder-coating process, ensuring that even after prolonged outdoor storage, it will not discolor or lose its paint, thereby extending the machine’s service life.
