The drying efficiency of the dryer depends to a large extent on the quality of the combustion chamber. Therefore, during the operation of the dryer, special attention must be paid to the combustion chamber, blower and dust removal equipment.
2. Ignite the stove one hour before starting the dryer, and check all auxiliary equipment, including all transmission parts and traction parts of the dryer, which should be tight, normal, slippery and reliable before driving.
The furnace, grate, feeding device, combustion chamber, slag in the furnace pit, furnace door, air duct, regulating valve and blower, dust collector, etc. shall be inspected before the (I) ignites the furnace.
(II) Before starting the dryer, check the fuel, tools and transmission support device to lubricate all bearings and friction surfaces.
The step of (III) starting the dryer is to start the dryer motor first, then start the wet material transportation equipment, and then start the dry material transportation equipment to form a continuous and uniform operation program.
3. During the operation of the dryer, the temperature of each part of the bearing should be checked frequently. The temperature should not exceed 50 ℃. The gear sound response is stable. The transmission, support and cylinder rotation should be free of obvious impact, vibration and transmission. The inspection, maintenance and maintenance of the equipment should also be done regularly. The contents should include:
(I) all bolts and fasteners shall not be loose.
(II) should always pay attention to the contact between the rolling ring and the retaining wheel and the tugboat.
(III) the windshield ring, the gear cover shall be free of cracks and friction damage.
