In particular, individual speculative manufacturers to mislead consumers with the concept of mystery, speculation and other practices to confuse the public, false propaganda, so that the majority of users at a loss, to just ushered in the booming Chinese grain dryer market cast a layer of dark clouds.

Too short drying time is not necessarily efficient.

The drying process of rice, corn and other food crops is a very complex quantitative process, which is determined by the physical and chemical properties of food itself. Generally speaking, when the moisture content of grain itself is as high as 20% ~ 30%, the average moisture content per hour can be reduced by 1~2 percentage points or more. When the moisture content of grain itself drops to 15% ~ 20%, the average hourly drop may be between 0.3 ~ 1%. When the moisture content of grain itself is below 15%, the evaporation of moisture per hour may be lower. In order to ensure the product quality after grain drying, regular dryer manufacturers use electronic control technology to simulate the natural precipitation rate curve of grain to control the heat supply and drying time of grain drying, so that the quality of mechanically dried grain is the same as or even better than that of natural drying. If users are misled and tempted by individual unscrupulous manufacturers and blindly pursue the drying time, the quality of the baked grain is bound to shrink greatly, not only the waist explosion rate and the crushing rate are high, but also the color and luster are turbid, and the appearance and nutritional value will also be affected.
